5.1 - Help me fix my nameplate addon

So 5.1 broke my nameplate addon and I have been trying to fix it ever since. I can't seem to get it to work on my own, so I turn to you guys. Would anyone be so kind to take a look and maybe attempt to fix this? This is some old version of m_Nameplates from monoUI. I tried the new version from the package, but I can't seem to get that to look like mine one does, he changed the look a while back.

I have also been trying to find an alternative addon, but so far havn't find any that fits my taste. Still waiting for dNameplates update, that one could be for me.
