Hiding quest complete mark from map/minimap

I've been into making questing more immersive with as little help from the game as possible. I know I can turn off displaying quest areas from minimap by untracking them, I can remove the golden arrow directing to quest objective with an addon too, but I would love to toggle off the golden question mark that shows where the final NPC is positioned on minimap and map.
For example if I'm supposed to talk to Mr. Smith in some named area of some city, I could check on map where the area is located and search for that guy there like it would be in real life. Instead of being handed exact spot via golden questionmark.
Is there an addon that does that?
