Macro NOT cast spell if target is Hostile?

Is there a way using teh target commands to stop a spell casting if the target is hostile?

Basicly I have a macro that casts PAIN SUPRESSION and PENNECE.. but i use this also as a dmg spell ... but if my target is hostile it still casts pain supression.. but on me... is there a way to make it NOT cast if thetarget is hostile?
