Im sure i can go into the skinfile...

in the horizontal slider(and im assuming all frame components) It creates a frame to encapsulate the slider.

the problem is the properties for that object are linked to the encapsulation frame not to the slider

<OnValueChanged> should definatly be looking at the sliders value not the frames
