RDX 7.3 updates

Cooldown Icons... Are you kidding me? Last week i modify'd Cooldowns.lua to Support my Penance and used a Texture that shows up when the cooldown is over. Now you come with this one.

Do you read my Mind? Thanks for this improvement and the fixed Pets. I give it a try this evening.
