Raid Pets in oUF

I'm not sure if this has been asked, but I don't recall ever seeing an oUF layout that had raid pets displayed. Is this a limitation of oUF or is it just something no one ever adds to their layouts?

It can be done. However, I think that the reasoning behind people not showing them is pretty self-evident. A raid already has a lot of units and if you try to make room to show every raid unit's pet, things start to get out of hand really fast.

Players should be able to manage their own pets anyway.

Indeed I do find it hard to find room in my UI's sometime for raid pets, but our hunters complain at least once a raid night about the stupid damage that kills their pets in firelands. Stuff like just walking over the bridge to rhyo's room evidently kills them.

Anyway, I'll look into how to add them. Thanks for the heads up.

I've just thought about the same thing, and that might save me some work.

I've not played WoW for months, but I used to display raid pets in my oUF layout. I've no idea if the layout will still work with the latest oUF, but you could at least get some idea from it:
