Help to make pitbull frame Swiftmend-friendly

Dear all,

Currently I am using Pitbull uniframe when playing druid.

And it has the ability to show the lifeboom timer by using the addon Pitbull_Lifebloombar, so I could always keep the 3x lifebloom on time.

However , it shows rejuvenation and regrow spells in a very tiny square that it is very hard for me to judge when to cast swiftmend effectively ( right before the spell fades to obtain maximum healing )

Could someone help to make something similiar to Pitbull_lifebloombar for
rejuvenation and regrow on Pitbull ?
