Window's mode, toggle and afk

Is it possible to do a mod that will Auto AFK you when you toggle between WOW and say the internet or something. When i'm flipping back and forth cking addons and such I don't like to seem rude for not knowing someone whispered me or something.

I don't think it's possible without some sort of keybind, but man I'd love to have a mod like this.
