No and no.
nUI does not support disabling its built in features in order to replace them with another mod that does the same thing. It goes against every principle behind nUI's creation and design. I understand some people want the flexibility to pick and choose which mods they use for which features, but that is not what nUI is about. If that's what the user wants to do, then use a collection of mods to build a UI that looks like nUI.
The intention of nUI is to be a *single* mod that provides all of the features in one tightly integrated application so that it can all work together as a single unit, be a single point of intersection for updating, a single code base for maintenance, etc. I will never willingly disable parts of nUI so other mods can replace them. I can't stop people from doing it themselves, but I don't support it.
In addition, nUI very purposely does not integrate any other mods into the distribution. It can support mods such as moving them into the info panel, recognizing bar mods, etc. But it will never be distributed with another mod included in it. Much less for the purpose of providing a key feature it already provides.
