I'm looking for the changes made between 1.11.0.5428 and 1.11.1.5462, and thought that changes would be listed automatically...however there are no changes listed.

There was probably no changes.

Remember, that was a pretty small patch, and it only fixed one or two issues.

There were changes, like the SetInventoryItem() (so pointless). I want some of whats being smoked.

Actually, there is a change log for 1.11.0.5428 -> 1.11.1.5462. And there were NO changes to the UI code.

BTW, the changes with the inspect functions didn't go in until 1.11.2.5464.

bear in mind that stuff listed on wdn are for changes in the interface files only. These are files you can extract with the blizzard interface toolkit. This doesn't include functions and global api that may have changed that are internal to the executable. I may have that kind of information available, but most of that should be available at wowwiki. I hate to reproduce stuff that they already publish as my site is more a companion than a replacement...
