Tool tips

I'd like the entire tool tip background color to change when you mouse
over an enemy unit. The color would be based on the level difference.
I think the Target Frame has the correct color on the unit level (number)
display.

I'd also like to see the tooltips remain entirely on the screen. All too often
I want to see a party members class, but that part of the tooltip is
off the left edge of the screen. Cap the position adjustments based
on the screen size (UIParent?) so the tool tips stay visible.

It'd be nice if the tooltip went below the cursor (in the down direction
on the screen). The exception would be when that pushes it too low
on the screen that it would go past the bottom edge. In which case it
simply gets moved completely above the cursor.

Are there enough tool tip features to push it to it's on Gypsy Tool Tip
addon?

I use TipBuddy, imo the best tool tip mod out there. Does everything you want to do and probably more
