Just to be clear, do you mean instead of the normal "dropdown list", to be able to use "tabs" instead?
I think, that most people including me, don't really understand what you mean ..

yea, sorry i was up for about 2 days straight when i posted that XD, but yea instead of the drop down menu, is there an addon that makes tabs of the options of the drop down menu of the guild window?

There is a addon being updated that does this. Keep a eye out on the updated addon list =P
