A Certain Type of Unit Frame

I have been looking for this for awhile and have yet to find it. I'm looking for a stand-alone unitframes addon that has the look of the ones in Dec-UI, SupervillainUI, and ElvUI - Kkthnx. So pretty much a unit frame with an animated portrait inside it.

Most of the standalone unit frames like Discord Unjit Frames or STUF or Shadowed Unit Frames etc. could probably do what you want. Have a look at the Unit Mods sections.
