LF an addon that makes default windows (C, O, I) semi-transparent

Hi,

in a lot of screen shots that users submitted, i noticed, their character window for example, don't have the dafault colors. they are semi-transparent and have 2 colors gradient. same goes for the "Release spirit" window for example.

How did they do that? What's the add-on called?

ty for help everyone ^^

Greetings from Ghostlands
