DogTag / CowTip help!

So I've been going through the help instructions in DogTag, trying to figure out how to code this one line, and can't find it (which frankly isn't surprising because I don't have any experience with this stuff.

So, I'm hoping someone can help me figure out how to re-code the guild line of cowtip:

[(if Guild and Guild = 'player':Guild then Green end) Guild:Angle]

When I mouse over NPC's it seems to be showing my rep status (e.g. <Neutral> <Friendly>). What I would really like it to do is continue to show guild names for players, but when its an NPC show their function/title (e.g. <Master Skinning Trainer>)

does anyone know how to tell it to show that?
