Char/Target/Target of Target Flashing

How do i turn of the flashing of the player/target/and target of target bar when I am getting hit or healed.. It keeps flashing green and red... and rather annoying... not on the HUD on the actual bars at the bottom by the minimap

Try /nui feedback which should list the options for it. I can't recall at the moment what ones are available.

when I do that this is the message that comes up:

nUI: [ <nil> ] is not a valid feedback option... please choose either 'curse', 'disease', 'magic' or 'poison'

dont think either are for the flashing that occurs from when getting hit or healed.
