Is it possible to move pet bars? or the box with buff timers on it?

I think there's a command /nui movers which will allow you to move the pet bar.

The buff timers however I do not think are moveable.

Actually... the pet bar isn't movable yet... it's one of those things I need to do but haven't gotten to yet.
