Mini map icons missing

On several of my toons, both alliance and horde, the only minimap icon that is showing is the C. It can't be moved at all. In the menu option, the icons for world map, calendar and one other are checked to show but they aren't showing. I have reloaded the UI several times. How can I fix this? Some of my toons are working fine but not all of them. Help!

hold shift and click the icon, you have it minimized

Thanks so much for the advice but it didn't work. I think it's broken. LOL. Should I uninstall and reinstall maybe?

I uninstalled and reinstalled and it's working great now.

Re-install might be best... or just delete carbonite.lua from saved variables. It also depends on what version your trying to use... 5.1.6 doesn't always work as it should and has been replaced with 5.3.0 alpha.
