First addons to install when making minimalist UI?

I want to make myself a minimalistic UI for myself that effectively does what I want. Basically I just want to know what Addons I should install first to create the graphical look which is pretty general
Mid-Low screen is the main piece which is just
1 8 button bar
Unit Frames Me - ToT - Target
Main bar and a 10 button bar,
then I know what to do for bars themselves, and the Unitframes, and other addons.

I just want it to looks sleek.
