Buff Panel Issue

I'm back again with an odd one this time. I searched this forum and found no results that concerned this issue.

While playing any character of any class, the buff panels on either side (both left and right sides) once migrated up as the buffs stacked.

Now, both buff panels migrate down to cover the chat panel and the omen/recount panel. Basically the buff panels extend down and overlap other panels.

I have tried removing and reinstalling nUI several times, and I've also reverted back to all nUI default settings. Neither action resolved the issue.

Can I please get some assistance?
