Hello, a few days ago
http://www.wowinterface.com/patcher/ directory disappeared. My small add-on updater script broke because it's still using this API.
I understand that I'm sort of stealing your traffic a bit, but I've always tried to use as few requests to server as I can. Also the updater is nothing special, but it has some unique features which I use a lot and also it's lightweight 1-click-done. I also estimate that it has less than 10 users so there shouldn't be a lot traffic coming from it.
Is there any chance that those files will be restored? Also, if the answer is "no", am I allowed to try to find a reasonable workaround or custom updaters aren't allowed?
