Bad Quests

Is there any way (or anything planned) to give you quick and easy information about mistakes in your Quest-DB (like wrong target locations or areas)?

I got some, but have no clue on where (or how) to report mistakes.

I would post them in the forum labeled "Carbonite: DataBase/Quests", whose description reads "Report database / quest issues here. Reply is disabled. Only single posts allowed."
