Cancelaura with LUA ?

So it is the time of the year again where I constantly have this Jack O Lantern thingies ( which I really hate ).

I had my own small script to remove it but since CancelUnitBuff is protected now, the only way to do it I see right now is Cancelaura but is there a way to do that automatically.

Correct, you cannot automate it now.

You can create a macro for /cancelaura still though if I'm not mistaken. Just put in all those [sarcasm] lovely [/sarcasm] buffs in it and bind it to some key you never really use.

Messing around with (simple buff bars <3) atm, trying an approach with "SecureActionButtonTemplate" as soon as realms come online I'll test it out. I'm a beginner in addon coding so this probably wont work,but maybe we'll get lucky.
