How can I back up Windows 7 some ProgramData folders

How can I get Carbonite to backup the MySQL folder in my Windows 7 ProgramData folder? When I right click on MySQL or any sub directory, Carbonite is not one of the choices.

I need to back this up as this contains all the tables for my WebServer.
