Consolidate Buffs and Buff Display mods

Hey people,

I was wondering if anyone is integrating functionality into their addons for the consolidated buffs blizzard has given us.

I like having my buffs as icons, and I have set up my oUF layout to spawn 3 rows with 10 buffs in each. But it would be fantastic if there is an addon that had one blank buff, maybe with a bag icon or some sort, that would look slightly different, and when you would mouseover it, it would display the consolidated buffs.
