Addon to show strings from bufftooltips

For example: Power Word: Shield "Absorb 73587 Damage", I want to see this number.
I need it especially for Gara'jal the Spiritbinder to see how mach Spiritual Innervation stacks I have (can't see the stacknumber, you can only read it from buff tooltip).

You can use either Power Auras Classic or Weak Auras to see stacks of any buff or debuff. Plus a great deal more, like spells on cooldown or ready, and just about anything that affects your character.

For PW:S, try any of these

Or set up PAC or WA to do the same.
