i want to see if there a add on where like when something drops if itll tell you if you need it for your class and talent spec.

If you mean Browse for armor then Atlasloot can let you look around.

If by when something drops? I would assume you know what you need for your class/spec, and if it is an upgrade or not without an addon telling you.

Use something like Pawn or TopFit or WeightsWatcher with appropriate stat weights for your class and spec to help you.

There's also RatingBuster to help you with ratings conversion.

RatingsBuster will summarize an item's upgraded stats for you at a glance, but it won't tell you if it's preferential for a specific spec - i.e, boomkin or resto - for you. Only you can do that through knowledge of your class.

In lootlist you can set a option to warn you when a item from a list drops

altho, like Decabah said. Knowing your class is still the best option. So you can fill in the list with your own choices
