Raidsort bug in 06

/nui raidsort group seems to only group the left part of a 40 man raid for some reason (possibly others as well, but haven't tested that). Did WG yesterday, and the right raidframe was never sorted correctly. I didn't test it extensively, but I did try all the different modes so the intended code should at least have been run once

I'm going to take a wild guess here and suggest that you're expecting to see group 1 all in one row, group 2 in the next and so on. It doesn't actually work that way... it just sorts them in order. You'll also note that your own raid frame is *always* in slot 40 regardless of your raid group.

There's actually a reason for this. Take the 25 man raid panel as an example. If you load that panel, you'll note there's actually only 24 raid units in the panel... the 25th one is you and since you already have a unit frame in the panel, there's no need to have a second one. The 24 units in the panel are the rest of your raid members. The same thing happens in the 15 man panel

The left panel sorts from the left to the right and the right panel sorts from the right to the left at present. I'll likely change that. And, at some point, I will also look at forcing unit frames to respect a group number, but that's even more detailed than the change required to sort in the first place, so it will likely be a while before I get to that.

You're quite correct. I did expect to see group 1 at first line, group 2 at 2nd and so on. What made me think this was that the left panel was actually displaying it like this, but the right one was totally messed up...at least it seemed like it had no structure. That could of course be because my raidframe was at the end since I was in group 3. Now that I really know how it's supposed to work, I'll have a closer look and report back if there's something unusual going on. Until then just disregard this and keep up the awesome work.

Can you post a screen shot please... I suspect it is, just not grouped the way you expect.

yeah I actually saw this group fill up and I understand how it goes now, horizontal instead of vertical and I'm in the 40th spot so its off a bit.

I'm new to the addon and I was reading everywhere to see if I could figure it out before posting

btw I'm liking it alot!

Thanks for all your hard work
