Have I planted my Farming Plots today?

Is there anyway to determine if you have planted (or harvested) your farm without visiting it and looking?

I now have 5 toons with open farming plots and if I get distracted, can't remember if I've done my farming for the day. I have an addon that tells me which toons have done which world bosses this week. I'd like to do the same thing for farming.

Any suggestions?

Spade tells me in my chat window if I have crops to harvest.

/edit: you can also use /spade to see a list of crops you have planted
