I am trying to install the nUI:Warlock dashboard skin and when I go the addons page, when I start the game, it tells me Dpendency Missing. What do I need to do now?

You have nUI turned on as well on the addons page ?

If so is it nUI6 you are playing with or nUI5. I suspect any plugins won't work with anything other than nUI5.
