Warrior Issues

On my warrior, and it is only on my warrior, I have a misplaced bar that is bar 1, it is sit below the next two bars which puts it over my minimap, this is the only toon I am having this issue on and this toon has no other addons that my other ones are not running. here is a screen shot, how can i fix it. He is my planned next one to level but with the bars the way they are there is no way. I cant seem to find a way to just move the bar, any help would be greatly appriciated. Thanks in advance.

That's... odd. Do you perchance have another bar mod in use by this toon?

That looks to me like you may have unlocked the bar and moved it at some point by accident.

Try using '/nui movers' to unlock the bars, then right-click the main bar and see if it pops back into place. If it doesn't, you can try dragging it into position. Then use '/nui movers' again to lock the bar back down.
