how do i make UI?

how do i make my own UI? sorry if i post at wrong forum... but please tell me

It's not something someone can just tell you how to do it, and it depends widely upon what you want for your UI. A UI generally means a modified look and or set of addons piece mealed together. So go download all the addons you want and start learning the basics. Also please dont expect to jump from knowing nothing about ui's/addon's to knowing everything with reading one post. It will help you alot to just have patience and start with the basics (ie looking through the downloads section finding addons you like downloading them and using them) in the future you can move on to doing more advanced stuff, writing your own addons, designing your own graphics to use, etc.
