Which Mod would help ?

Hello...I have a LOT of Mods but what I really Need at this point is a Mod that would
Allow ME to move the buffs I have on myself to be moved from the default placement to a place of MY choosing....also would like to be able to Rotate the Buffs to Vertical rather than Horizontal or the other way around if I choose. Is there one available or is it easily done by some magical setting that I just do not see LOL ...thx for Any help.
Have Bongos-Group Heal-and a ton of others installed ATM.
