ICC Lag

I have a very powerful gaming system including 12GB corsair dominator, 2x Gigabyte GTX 260 core 216 Superoverclock, Asus P6T Deluxe and i7 850 and nUI is lagging me in ICC raids. I am seeing a 25-30 fps drop. I think its all the buff and debuff timer spam.

Suggestions?

This is a known issue for some users and the exact cause is not entirely clear. For many, reducing shadow detail "fixes" it... for others it seems a deeper issue and related to a bug in the garbage collector that was introduced in the 3.0 patch. It is a large part of why I'm writing nUI6 to change how nUI manages memory to get around that particular bug.

In the meantime, if you're not a healer, you can fix the problem by switching to the solo or party mode panel which will reduce the data spam that you noted and greatly improve performance.
