Info Windows

Hi I love the info windows, but i was wondering if I could add stuff into windows, like I know the map says my movement speed and all but half the time i dont see the actual speed cuz my map is real small, i was wondering whats the code i can add into an info window for movement speed, or even better is there a full list of what codes can be used?

The info windows work and you can edit them to some degree, but the nice editor I wanted to do was never made. Here is the info I just added to the CarboniteReadMe.txt file.

Info windows show various bits of information in a small movable list.
Info #1 to #6 come with various default text in them.
Right click the Carbonite minimap button and select "Show Info 1 2" to make #1 and #2 visible. These are setup for the health and mana of you and your target.

To move or edit them, you need to unlock them on the Info Windows page of the Carb Options window.
Left click and drag the window title bar to move them around.
Right click a line in an unlocked info window and select "New" to show Info #3. Again will show #4 and so on.
Right click a line in an unlocked info window and select "Edit Item" to change the text for that line.

Info text:

<xxx> runs a command.
<c> is the color from the last command.
<t> is the text from the last command.
xxx is raw text.

Example:

<THealth><c>HP <t>
This runs the target health command, sets the color, shows the text "HP " and shows the text from the command.

You cannot currently add new lines to an Info Window, but Info #3, 5 and 6 have an extra blank line in them, which can be edited.

Info Window defaults:

#1 Your health, mana, DK runes, rogue combo points, global cooldown bar, casting bar.
#2 Target health, mana, casting bar.
#3 Durability, time to level.
#4 Battleground queues, start, duration, honor, stats.
#5 Time, FPS.
#6 Rest %

I didn't add a list, because all commands are already in use for the Info #1 to #6 defaults. Unlock, "New" each of those windows and edit an existing line and you will see the commands that show that type of data.

Info Windows are great and I read all the other posts, but have a question, I would like to edit my #1 window to show my (hunter)pet's status also. eg. health, energy, can you tell me the command line if this can be done.

Sorry, there are no pet commands in there currently.

is there a whats my speed command? similar to the one in the map/minimap, but half the time i cant see it cuz the name of the zone takes up the entire area and i dont want to have to maximize map to see my speed.

The only commands currently available are the ones in the default info windows.

I just discovered the info windows and they are great. I just wish there was a window for pets. Thanks for adding the Wintergrasp timer!

What do you do when you accidentally move an info window off the screen, or drag it behind a bar you can't move, etc? I lost my Info 4, and cannot seem to find it.

/carb resetwin
will reset all window locations to the defaults.

You could also right click a character in the Warehouse and import their settings.

Any thoughts on integrating LibDatBroker into info windows? This would expand the displayable info without you manually adding more commands, and if you also output to LDB users could output the info that Carbonite provides in another bar if they choose(though I would rather use carbonite myself). Just seems like a natural fit to go with Carbonite and may open up other possibilities that I am not even seeing.

If I accidentally deleted Info1, how do I get it back? I had deleted the /Interface/AddOns/CarboniteXYZ directories and did a fresh install with no luck.

Show/Hide Info 1 2 will only do that for Info2.
