Need suggestions for my UI

Looks pretty solid to me. I (for some reason) can't do unit frames at the bottom but that's just personal preference. The chat windows/action bars are almost identical to how I have mine set up.

Use the viewport included in skinner - that way you won't lost viewing area behind the bottom panel.

Loose the bottom bar and viewport down size your unit frames, only have one chat box. Tha'ts all I can think of right now. :/

i like, and personaly i like 2 chat boxes open,

But I think the bottom of your UI does take up alot of your screen ( just my opinion ) id rather see more of what im doing

Feedback: Like another poster said, the UI looks nice, but think outside the box. So many UIs are kinda generic like this and can be made by anyone.

Make some art or create a unique layout that makes your UI yours .

Overall, it is nice.
