Nui+ Missing everything on some log ins

I have been away for a spell and updtaed to 5.06.06 (Plus) and now when I log in first time or switch toons (hit or moss on both of these) Nui will not load I ahve blank lower sections and recount is off in its own world and the default interface appears in spots (minimap and such). Just wondering if I am missing something or if this is a known issue.

Yup that seems to have fixed the problem thanks didnt realize I was already out of sync

It still happens even with .07. When it does I just reload the ui and all is well.

Yes, it still happens occasionally for one or two of my characters but as of yet it is few and far between for me to see a pattern.

One of the fixes in the recent updates include a fix for this problem that I could faithfully replicate. As in what if you clear out all WTF data and select a character. Bam, this same problem. He rectified that problem and I could no longer reliably replicate the problem with the fix.

I suspect though that this occasional problem is similarly afflicted whereby sometimes not all the information is available when it needs it. Which, as has been mentioned, can be rectified for the moment by reloading the UI. It's not a solution but a work around.

Well it did happen again but I have the error codes generated but not sure if I should copy paste into post or do some other method so will read up and see if there is any specifics he would want.

If you have access to the saved variables file for the bug catcher, you can just attach them to a reply to this thread using the "Manage Attachments" button. Otherwise, you can copy and paste them into a reply. The most important error message is the first one, because it will be the one that triggered all of the rest.

IS the error always leading the problems when I have to restart nui+ interface

Grrr.... this error I keep seeing over and over and for the life of me, it makes no sense as it would only be possible if the chat frame did not yet exist.

Just to be sure... make sure your "Simple Chat" option is not checked.

Aside from that, I don't have an easy fix atm, but this is one I have to find a work-around for. It should be impossible to happen, but for some reason it is happening.

if its what i think your talking about, i've had it happen to me, and most times it will happen when u rapidly switch from 1 char to the next. i just type /reloadui and all is well. it can get a little annoying though.

The exact same thing happens too me, With the same error, I also use Chatter as an add-on, So when I log in a have to /nui rl x2 One for the errors and Then another because my text box is really faded

Yeah, I haven't managed to track down a pattern. Only seems to happen on some characters but then not on others. Usually just after I do a WTF data wipe so that could be related. But I'm sure not everyone with the problem is doing that

But as has been said /nui rl or whatever you use for reloading your ui usually gets it up and running. At least for that session. Sometimes I've done that and that character doesn't have a problem ever again. Then other times it repeats it each log in.
