Pop up quest problems

I am having a problem with pop up quests. I am receiving the quests fine but when its time to turn them in the "?" is missing to complete. I also cannot complete from quest log. I have tried to right click and complete and cannot. I have to log out...disable carbonite....log back in...complete quest...then log out...re-enable carbonite..blah blah...you get the picture. Its very frustrating! Anyone else having this problem. I have disabled all add-ons except Bagon. Help meh?!?!
