Recount - bottom right are the meters you see
ouF_Freebgrid - raid frames. At least I'm fairly sure thats what they are. I haven't used pitbull raid frames before but I've used freebgred myself since wotlk and that is exactly what they look like.

oUF_Freebgrid is designed to mimic the appearance of Grid. For a self-proclaimed addon newbie like OP, I would recommend sticking to Grid and other addons that don't require editing Lua code to configure them.

According to its download page, it still requires Lua editing to configure which buffs/debuffs are shown, and which indicator statuses are displayed on. These are fairly important things to be able to configure, so regardless of my having a dog in this fight as the maintainer of Grid, it just doesn't make sense to recommend oUF_Freebgrid to someone who is new to using addons.
