Missing Druid Addon

I have no idea what this addon was called, but prior to the last patch I was using an addon that allowed me to auto-shift out of feral forms to toss heals. When in cat/bear form all I had to do was click on healbot bar or the healing spell itself and it would take me out of whatever form i was in and start casting the heal. Anyone have any idea what this addon might have been called and wether there is an updated version that will work with the new patch? Thanks in advance for any help.
