Trying to Identify an Addon

I saw the results of an addon the other day and I don't know what it was.

It would announce when a Mage table was about to expire.
It would also announce who put a feast out and when it was about to go down.
I think it would do the same for the Warlock stone.

Can someone point me to what the name of this mod is?

And second one.
Is there a mod that will show what killed someone if it were say 5 or 6 hits in several seconds or just one hit.
I think I'm looking for too much there. Would like to see why say 1 tank died very suddenly without having to dig into the combat logs because there is just too much in there... and it could tank another minute or two for the rest of the raid to be killed off... or a BRez gets off and gets that tank back up..
Basically an after the fight what went wrong there...

Sounds a lot like RaidBuffStatus which is mainly to track missings buffs or slackers not buffing others.

Probably some other addon with only this but that's the one I know of.

I know Death view/modules for damage meters usually do this.

You could look at Ouch, Fatality.... and I think there was another one.

For the death report, there's also Obituary which can put a short one line message in the chat window on what actually killed the person (ie the last hit), and/or a clickable line in your chat which opens up a detailed report of the last few actions that happened to that person.
