Warrior layout issue, or is it just me?

On the warrior layout, it mentions that the Overpower & Execute buttons were combined - acting for Overpower when a mob dodges & changing to Execute when below 20% health. However, I still have two seperate buttons for this on my action bar. Is this a bug, or is there a way to fix this?

The descriptions on the layouts were from a very old revision of the UI and have not been updated in ages. The description you're reading comes from back when the layouts used DiscordActionBars. The current layout, with Bongos, does not have this same function. You can pretty much ignore any of the layout descriptions for the most part.
