[Release] ncMinimap

Hi all!
And another addon from my side: ncMinimap!

It's a light-weight(9kB memory usage) addon for enhancing the minimap. The cool part is that it has an moving border(just like neatminimap, but for a square minimap). You can move the minimap, scale it, change the speed for the moving border when in combat/out of combat and change the color for the border/moving objects.

Please try it out and give feedback!

At my time I put it up in the morning and waited it all out until peak time was gone

I didn't OFFICIALY release my UI yet(just to note, it's not an compilation because it are only my addons except some library's), just wait until I release the first BETA
