UI Fader?

Was wondering if there is an addon out there that, when out of combat, can fade all my UI elements to the same transparency level? If this isn't possible for an addon then I guess I'll have to do it with my addons myself =[

Thanks. I read the description of it and it seems that I can accomplish my goal with simple enough chat macros.
