Promised images of issue(s) (RESOLUTION FOUND) at least for myself

Here we go

As you can see I am at Klaxxi-vess, with a load of quests, in the map; there are no markers, but I have a good Idea of where I need to go.

In the next Image; The blob finally shows as I pass over the first quest area. I assume this shows due to the integration of the mini map, as the area showed upon arrival to the area. Also the quest is at the top of my list on the right.

So let us proceed to the next quest area

As you can see I am above another quest area, and on the map there are no markings to identify this as a quest area. Although the quest did move to the top of the quest list on the right.

Again my biggest concern is the inability to track any quest, in any area in any part of the map?
This includes dailies for the major cities.

On the upside; After a complete re-install of the software (Beta), and deleting of old files, The dig sites and blobs now work for Archeology

I did not delete SavedVariables files located in the the WTF sub-folders.

Thoughts?
Suggestions?

Thanks in Advance
The Sarge

I have found a resolution

I had to reset Carbonite

In the Image above I had to utilize "Reset Global and Quest Options"
Then I had to click "Reset UI"

I waited to reload, and then used "Watch all Quests" in the Quest Menu

The end result

I am WORKING AGAIN

YEA

I also needed to go back into the Carbonite options menu and rest all my selected options, so be aware of what options you want to have and their selected state, otherwise the average person will be angered that they had something that no longer works.

BUT; as a final result, all options are now also working.
All options for quests are now working in all parts of the map.
I can sit in Pandera and look at my dailies, and their locations, in Thunderbluff.
So I consider this a successful resolution. For myself anyways

Will continue testing

If anyone has any questions, please feel free to ask

Regards
The Sarge

There is a much more simple way to accomplish this. The answer can actually be seen in your "before and after" screenshots.

Take a look at the Quest Watch header. Make sure the Green Button is BRIGHT GREEN. If it isn't, just click on it to change its' state.

This is a quote taken directly from the "CarboniteReadMe" plain text file that is in the main Carbonite folder at "Path to your WoW folder\Interface\AddOns\Carbonite\":
Quest Watch List

The watch window is draggable but not sizeable. It grows and shrinks as needed based on the quests you are currently watching. The Watch window can be made into a sizeable scrolling list if "Use fixed size list" is checked in the Quest Watch page of the Options window.

The green button toggles if all watched quests will be shown on the map and is on by default.

The purple "Auto Track" button will target the highest priority quest objective and updates dynamically as you move. Priority is based on distance, quest level and if the quest is complete.

The yellow/blue "Quest Givers" button shows Quest Giver icons on the map. Normal ones are shown as parchment icons. Daily quest givers as blue ! icons.

Button colors:
Dark yellow = No givers
Yellow = Quest givers and daily givers
Blue = Daily givers

The white "Show Party Quests" button determines if quests from other party members with Carbonite will also be shown in the Watch List.
This one text file is still (apparently) the "best kept secret" for Carbonite.
