Transparent targeting reticle in center of screen to go with Dynamiccam

Trying to set up Dynamiccam, and with an off centered Kingdoms of Amalur-like perspective, something tells me that a subtle, transparent crosshair in the center of the screen could do wonders. Does anything like this exist?
