Hide/Show Action Bar

I need additional action bar. This action bar should automatically hide and show when you hover the mouse.

Bartender4 and Dominos both let you hide bars until you mouse over them.

If you want to keep the Blizzard main bar art, Bartender4 will let you do that; I'm not sure about Dominos.
