I disabled all addons made a new profil and joind "Battle for Gilneas" 3 times every time there were only 9 players shown untill reload ui or until forced update by unlock/lock again. (don't be confused about the transperent windows thats a texture replacment that can't effect an addon)
This happens not always but can happen in every raid pvp and pve. Shoud be easy to reproduced by joining any Battelground.

An other problem is Resurrect Status is sometimes showin up also if the person is alive -> reload won't help only goes away when i leave the raid and join again! I had to disable it ;/
Its bugged everywhere portraits and raidframe.

I'm using both. This is my UI including !BugGrabber / BugSack :

Also all raidframes are hidden when reloading while in a normal raid instance. They will not update untill lock/unlock frames.

There must be some way to find out why this happens to some ppl and to others not.
Mabye server respons is not fast enough? I often have problems with professions not showing up after login i have to wait 1-2 min to let me open them sometimes quicker but then it only showns old ricepts and others are loaded later...
