Can someone please fix DoTimer?

This addon is without a doubt the most crucial mod to my gameplay, and since 5.1 I have tried contacting the authors multiple times to no avail.

Is there anyone out there who can fix this addon? It will not function with Atlas or Atlasloot running and was working fine before 5.1.

What, specifically, happens? Do you have error messages?

When it broke at 5.0, I started looking at fixing my local copy, like I had been doing for several patches now. The changes were so invasive (and had to be made repeatedly all over the place) that I finally gave up and switched to other addons.
