As far as I'm aware you can't change the skinning event to mining. Same for herbalism.
Ore and herb nodes are not units and do not fire UPDATE_MOUSEOVER_UNIT. There doesn't appear to be an event for any generic tooltip. Sorry  I spent an afternoon once trying to get an herbalism event and couldn't. It may be possible but I don't know how. |
